Regulations
If you are planning on replacing your existing conservatory roof, we will need to inform your local council to request a permittable planning application, but do not worry we can do all the necessary paperwork for you. Once this has been completed they will then inform us if Building Regulations would be required or not. We will keep in touch throughout the process and once we have the go ahead works can then be started.
